Human Capital Operations Jr. Officer – Jakarta
Responsibilities
  • Serves as primary contact on Industrial Relations’ issues, such as company Regulation, Wajib Lapor, routine examination from Disnaker, etc)
  • Maintain and manage employee’s benefit, such as medical insurance, e-leave administration
  • Manage and administer Expatriate-related services, including to liaise with third-party administrators
  • Provide excellence customer service support related to employee’s service to internal and external customer

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree, in Management, Psychology, or equivalent
  • Fresh graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
  • Having experience in administrative-related activities
  • Computer literate and familiar with MS-office application
  • Candidates with excellent English communication and writing skills will be preferred
  • Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail when completing multiple assignment

Corporate Planning Supervisor – Jakarta

Job Description

  • Produce and ensure all templates financial projection in process of SBP 5 years [Strategic Business Plan 5 years], ABP [Annual Business Plan], and MMR [Monthly Management Reports] is properly structured
  • Communicate corporate planning-related information clearly and concisely and align all analysis within the planning cycl
  • Assist on design BOD-BOC presentation completed in full scope of each planning cycle
  • Do proper consolidation for Group Level analysis purposes in profitability and cash flows
  • Create strong working relationship within team and relevant external parties in managing the alignment information in corporate planning matters

Requirements

  • Male / Female max. 35 years old
  • Having good skill in Excel, PowerPoint & ERP system (SAP will be an advantage)
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize multiple assignment
  • Full-Time position
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor / Master Degree, in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent
  • At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Have working experience at strategic planning consultant is an advantage
  • Preferably Supervisor / Assistant Managers specializing in Financial planning
  • Having good knowledge business planning, accounting cycles, budgeting, financial modelling and analysis
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
