IS Service Leader Commercial – Jakarta

Rise To The Challenge

  • Deliver IS services (or subset thereof) or projects in an optimum way, leveraging PMPM or PMI service management practices to maximize operational efficiency
  • Actively collaborate and build relationship with customers, suppliers and service partners on all aspects of service or project delivery to ensure the end to end service chain or deliverable is aligned to meet the current and future needs of the customers
  • Lead the implementation of new service and / or extension of existing service or project according to PMPM or PMI standards and procedures in order to meet the current and future needs of customers
  • Monitor and report on service quality (using PMI service management principles and other methods as appropriate) and propose improvement plans in order to improve service levels that meet the needs of customers
  • Ensure adherence to all PMI policies and guidelines on security and compliance by assessing and implementing IS Security requirements (policies, guidelines, SOX, etc) in order to minimize risks regarding confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data
  • Document IS expenditures, including capital expenditures, in line with local and PMI requirements, perform service cost management and chargeback activities and regularly carry out budget controls and cost projections during the year
  • Manage and build a flexible, agile and innovative IS organization that attracts, develops and retains the best global talent in order to deliver IS required by PMI, currently and in the future

Qualifications

  • University degree (Computer Sciences, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent) with additional certificates, degrees
  • 5-8 years of business / IS experience
  • Experience in Service delivery within multinational company
  • Good understanding of key IS delivery processes and business processes
  • Have knowledge in service management (ITIL), ITIL Foundation & PMPM certified
  • Excellence interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written

  • You will be responsible to Actively cooperate with Global Process Lead in the capacity planning and resource allocation activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information System, Information Technology, or Engineering
  • 5 – 8 years of business / IS experience.
  • Experience in Service delivery within multinational Company
  • ITIL and PMPM would be advantage
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • Excellence interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Good analytical skill / logical thinking
