Executive / HR Assistant

Purpose / Mission:

  • Provide HR support to all Departments in line with the overall HR directions for adidas SEA.
  • Provide comprehensive & Professional support service to the Country Manager
  • Country Manager Assistance
    • Maintain and provide a support service for the Country Manager daily schedule, including forward planning of his workload, diary management and coordinating and collating all relevant paperwork
    • Execute any other duties appropriate to the grade as directed by the Country Manager
  • Recruitment, Selection and On-boarding
    • Receive and collate requests on manpower requirements
    • PRF Management
    • Draft & advertise vacancies in appropriate media and keep track of cost and effectiveness
    • Process appointment letters, confirmation letters etc..
    • Update orientation materials regularly and conduct general orientation to all permanent full time new hires.
  • Timekeeping, Payroll & HR Reporting
    • Create, distribute & check Attendance reports for all Department
    • Conducting temporary / Intern staff payroll / benefit calculation
    • Update & Submit HC / FTE and Organization Chart monthly to HR Manager
  • Compensation & Benefits
    • Assist employees in day to day compensation & benefits matters (Health Insurance / adiFlex,etc)
    • Process ad-hoc request
  • Training
    • Coordinate & provide necessary support in the roll-out of training programs.
    • Document & Compile training records & materials
    • Gather & summarize training feedback
  • Company Event
    • Support & coordinate local CSR activities and initiatives
    • Responsible for documenting all CSR activities, Employee Feedback response, & photos / videos
    • Propose, Support & coordinate local event to drive employee engagement

Secondary

  • Office administration function
    • Oversee & provide necessary office administration support
    • Review Contracts / Service Level Agreements of admin service providers
  • Tenant Relation
    • Personnel Correspondence and File Maintenance
    • Assign Employee ID, proximity card, Employee Purchase card for new employees
    • Ensure employees’ letters, documents & records are filed in P-file in timely manner
    • Maintain admin files & records
  • Company Legal Documents and Permit
    • Conduct Proper Filling for all Company Legal Documents and Permit, & Expatriate Permit
    • Keep Track on the Permit and License valid date and ensure the on time renewal
    • Any other duties assigned from time to time

Requirement

  • Female
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in HR
  • Prefrable have experiences in multinational company
  • High senses of responsibility and personal integrity
  • Minimum Diploma / Bachelor Degree
  • Advanced skill in Ms. Office especially excel
  • Fluent in English as well as local language

Associate Accounting

Purpose / Mission:

  • To be responsible for all accounting activities relating to Account Receivables (AR).

Primary

  • Align with customers on AR-related matters
  • Post payment received from customers to adiRace.
  • Perform daily reconciliation between sales and collections.
  • Credit Note creation related to return / take back
  • Prepare and send invoices to customer
  • Action against any shortages and take care of any charge back.
  • Manage the transactional processing for the retail back office and point of sales system at the efficient manner and in compliance of Accounting Standards and Group Finance Manual.
  • Prepare and perform own retail month end close process.

Secondary

  • Monitor to ensure that cash are bank-in daily with exception of eve of public holiday or Saturday’s collection.
  • Assist in preparing audit schedules for year end audit.
  • Handle ad-hoc financial / accounting assignments

Requirement

  • Male / Female
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in accounting field
  • Prefrable have experiences in public accounting firm
  • Having knowledge in audit and commercial experienc
  • High senses of responsibility and personal integrity
  • Hold an accounting Degree from a reputable university
  • Advanced skill in Ms. Office especially excel
  • Fluent in English as well as local language
